1、X, Y beam casting by large CNC gantry machining center processing, oil instruction lubrication, marble platform adjustment screw rod, guide rail, straightness, parallelism control in 0.05mm;

2、The screw rod of X axis is diameter 40MM, and roller guide way, roller guide way has higher precision, stronger stability and more wear resistance than ball guide way

3、Transmission way of Y beam is rack gear for longer reason, so make cutting speed fast and accuracy more.
