CUTTING HEARD IS GRADE IP68 GRADE WATER PROOF, right angle plate of cutting is complete stainless steel plane; nozzle body is fixed under it, convenient change the orifice

 

The first factory adopt laser level checking in china, and can solve the problem of rough and uneven in curved  surface cutting in precision.

The whole cutting table through annealing treatment to eliminates the stress and deformation.  The beam installation position is processed by the large CNC gantry machining center, and the upper and lower sides of the sliding seat are ground by the grinder to ensure that the machine is on the same plane as a whole, and the precision and stability of the machine tool are improved.

 

 

X, Y beam casting by large CNC gantry machining center processing, oil instruction lubrication, marble platform adjustment screw rod, guide rail, straightness, parallelism control in 0.05mm;

The screw rod is diameter 40MM, and roller guide way, roller guide way has higher precision, stronger stability and more wear resistance than ball guide way
